Melissa Laughon joined Catch Your Limit Consulting as a partner in 1999. With offices in Richmond and Tallahassee, Melissa guides organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to national associations, to “catch their limit.”
Melissa’s expertise in organizational challenges centers on change initiatives, creating engaged cultures, recruiting and growing the best people, building strong teams/leaders and succession planning. Melissa develops category and organizational leadership programs and is a contributing author/blogger on a variety of management topics.

She is an experienced facilitator of strategic planning sessions. As a nationally recognized speaker, Melissa understands the importance of leaving an audience with strategies to take back and apply both to their organization and lives.

Melissa’s desire to stick around long after initial sessions is what drives her to success. After the initial assessments are reviewed and strategic plans are developed, she’s instrumental in partnering with clients to implement, evaluate, measure ROI, make adjustments when necessary and most importantly…celebrate when her clients catch their limit!
