Emma Good joined Catch Your Limit Consulting in late 2008 in the role of consultant.

Emma moved from Oxford, England to Tallahassee in 1998 to serve as the Program Director for the Girl Scout Council of the Apalachee Bend. Following the Girl Scouts, she gained experience working with nonprofits and associations. Emma being a camp counselor, a facilitator and a project manager extraordinaire … she’s fun and always focused on delivering for our clients.

Emma’s expertise in helping people overcome organizational challenges centers on building strong teams by recruiting and growing the best people. She’s credited with enhancing people’s performance by creating environments where it’s safe to challenge the status quo. She creates safe harbors where people can generate and explore new ideas.

Recognizing that leadership focuses on growth and development of people, Emma’s talent focuses on the foundation of organizational culture, asking questions and guiding others to find their own answers. Dissatisfied or tortured however you look at it, Emma searches for the endless paths, opportunities and possibilities for individuals, teams and organizations.

Emma has held an adjunct teaching position at Florida State University and is currently participating in Class 27 of Leadership Tallahassee. She is a founding board member for the Oasis Center for Women & Girls and is an active member of the Junior League of Tallahassee as well as serving in leadership and volunteer roles for a variety of other organizations.

In Notes From A Small Island, Bill Bryson says that the British are the happiest people on earth. He credits this to their delight for small joys like a slice cake. If Bryson is correct Emma, despite her fit and healthy eating habits must be one of the happiest of her kind, she always comes equipped with treats, snacks and cake. Her favorite ones are Twiglets, shaped, textured and colored like small twigs flavored as only the English enjoy, with Marmite and cake in any of a myriad of forms and flavors. Did we mention Emma loves cake?

Emma’s discipline allows her to fit more into a day’s time than anyone else in our world. In addition to her professional and civic roles, she is an avid runner and triathlete, world traveler and can still find time for trips to the coffee and cake shop (we did mention that Emma loves cake, right?) and for Skyping to loved ones in England.
