Thank You Fish

I don’t think I give enough praise for the fish that give their lives for my taste buds. Growing up in the keys seafood was on the dinner plate at least 5 nights a week.

It doesn’t matter if it is pan fried, deep fired, blackened, sauteed, grilled, raw or gumboed, every time it tastes great. How do you fishies do it? Is it eating right? Swimming everyday? Taking your vitamins? Whatever it is you guys are so yummy and healthy and keep me fit.

Thank you seatrout, redfish, blues, seabass and red snapper. I’d also like to thank cobia, shark, mangrove snapper, yellowtail and snook. Additionally I would like to show my apprecaition for gag grouper, black grouper, strawberry grouper, snowy grouper, tripletail, triggerfish, spanish mackeral, kings, wahoo, cero mackeral, and grunts. Cheers monkfish, flounder, marlin, swordfish, salmon, cod, sardine, tilapia, catfish, yellowfin tuna, haddock, barracuda, bluegill, bass, walleye, swamp-eel, sheepshead, striped bass, lemon sole, butterfish, orange roughy, whiting and last but not least mahi mahi.
